Keystone Energy Tools manufactures and stocks a large inventory of Drill Pipe Float Valves, Float valve pullers, and Baffle plates (ring and spider type). All are interchangeable with the Baker® Model F, and Baker® Model G Drill Pipe Float Valves.

ALLOY CAGES

All float valve cages are cast out of alloy steel and are heat treated. Keystone’s integral valve cages are manufactured from a one-piece casting and are not welded together.

INTEGRAL PLUNGER VALVES

All plungers for our Model F Drill Pipe Float Valves are machined from one solid piece of material to produce a more reliable float valve and reduce the risk of downhole valve failure.

FLAPPER VALVES

All flappers for our Model G Drill Pipe Float Valves are investment cast out of alloy steel and then case hardened for wear resistance, thus giving a longer operating life.
